Platform architecture
Instagram, Telegram, VK, YouTube and RuTube received distinct objectives, formats and publishing rhythms instead of duplicated content.
04 / CASE STUDY
A platform-native media system for a professional men’s cosmetics, barbering and care brand.
01 / THE TASK
02 / THE SOLUTION
The content model was rebuilt end to end: each platform received a defined role, a new editorial framework and a distinct set of expert, product and entertainment formats. Production was expanded through resident barbers across cities, while events, partnerships and creator collaborations were integrated into one communications system.
03 / WORKSTREAMS
Instagram, Telegram, VK, YouTube and RuTube received distinct objectives, formats and publishing rhythms instead of duplicated content.
Brand expertise was translated into accessible media formats spanning technology, men’s style, product use cases, barber stories, work reviews and entertainment.
Resident barbers were trained as contributors, creating work-led product content across cities and strengthening the professional community.
The content operation supported NISHMAN DAY, education, ticket sales, competitions, bot mechanics and partnership launches.

06 / INSIDE THE PROJECT
NISHMAN connected its collaboration with INSTASAMKA and her POPSTAR drink to the brand’s new motorsport territory. The activation expanded the story beyond traditional barbering, connected partner audiences and created a stronger lifestyle-led distribution moment.
The brand partnered with professional racing driver Ivan Stanchin and joined its first collaborative races. Motorsport extended NISHMAN’s character through speed, precision, endurance and ambition, creating a platform for future races and special projects.
Residents became a distributed content studio producing expert material, demonstrating products in real work and building local brand presence.
Men’s Style, Technologist Notes, work reviews, ingredients explained, barber stories and timely visual concepts formed a recognisable editorial system.
Collaborations with TOP GUN, BRITVA, BETONE and other partners strengthened the brand’s professional relevance and opened new distribution scenarios.
